Guest list help

I need some help lol

I’m loading my guest list onto Wedding Wire and it keeps telling me that I have 115 guests when I have loaded 170. I can’t create seating charts because all of my guests aren’t visible. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

    Hi Kristy! Happy to help here.

    It looks like not all your uploaded guests have been added to your Wedding event - that's why you're seeing 115 as the guest count! That number pulls from your Wedding event, not your Guests Overview total.

    If you open your Guests tool and then go into your Wedding event, you'll just need to add the rest of your guests. Any guests that appear in the popup when you go to add more guests to the Wedding event are guests that haven't been added yet, so there shouldn't be any need to go name by name to add them!

    I had that problem too, it was super frustrating and I never found a solution other that the problem just went away one day!
