Guest list exporting and management

I am getting notifications I have received people's mailing addresses, however, i cannot see the addresses when i export my lists. When i click the email to "view in guest list" the screen defaults to the home guest screen only, any help?

To export your guest list, click on a specific event in your guest list and then click on Export!

So basically when you add people directly to wedding wire guest list and then go to export them into an excel it separates everyone from their couple/family so the whole list doesn't make sense... this is a HUGE flaw in the WW system. Very disappointing as I literally just spent hours doing this for nothing...

Hi Timothy, yes you can export all the data from your guest list on our website to an Excel document, by clicking the Download button :

Thank you Emilie. The problem is that I have the groom's guests on an excel spreadsheet and have used that to print mailing labels and have also uploaded it to Wedding Wire. So far so good. (Just like Katherine's comment above)

The problem is - I also used Wedding Wire to directly enter the bride's guest list (which is considerable in number) and now want to create an excel spreadsheet - otherwise the creation of a new Excel spreadsheet will take me a whole day. On the American site there is a way to take the list from Wedding wire and export to an Excel document. If this can't happen on the Canadian site then I would have to say my review of the site will be pretty negative.

I uploaded my guests from an excel sheet into wedding wire... It was a pain putting the families together but didn't take too long... I only used WW incase someone wants to RSVP online, my mailing list is in the excel spreadsheet.

Hey Timothy, the Canadian and American sites are actually quite different. You can find some tutorials on our tools in the Tech support section. For households, our website actually calls it "groups" to be more generic. Daphne made a good point, you can also use see this discussion on how to create groups:

I did find that it was easiest to create each person individually before linking them together.
