Hey everyone! Just wondering if anyone knows how to print out or export the guest list contact info? My mom had everyone’s contact info and added it to the app and that’s awesome but I need to find an easier way to access the contact info instead of going into each guest individually. Please let me know if you have figured this out, thank you in advance! Hope everyone is staying safe!

Is this only possible on a laptop? I have tried both on the iPhone app and on the webpage on my phone and no way I tried showed an option to export. I tried going into settings for the event and it’s not there either.

Hi Tenaya,
To export your Guest List data:
Log in to your WeddingWire account
Hover over ‘Planning Tools’, click ‘Guest List’
Click on the name of the event you would like to export guest data for
Click ‘Export’ on the right side of the page
Select whether you’d like to download or print the data
