Guess the Brand

I bought a dress through opportunity bridal for my wedding next year. I am struggling to figure out the brand of my dress as they tend to gate keep this info. I would like to see if they have matching accessories like a veil as I'm not sure what type of veil to go with (ex. Length). The tag on the inside looks to have a style number of 5242D. Hoping someone can help or maybe I have a dress twin!
