Hi All!

We have picked the swatches for the bridesmaids, they are all wearing their own colour, but I am having trouble deciding what the groomsmen will wear. My FH is indifferent and will happily wear what I decide on. I have no idea what to choose. Originally I thought navy suits with a navy tie and FH would have a navy suit with black lapels and a black tie but now I am not sure. These are the bridesmaid swatches. Any help with respect to groomsmen is greatly appreciated! TIA

Love the navy, but agree with the other poster that it may clash with the darker colors. Maybe a lighter grey or a cream/tan?

I think where there is variety on the ladies I would keep the gents simple. I think navy would look nice with all the dresses. People forget that navy is a neutral so it will match almost anything!

I would suggest each groomsmen pick a colour and have them get a bow tie and pocket square that matches that colour. You can assign it to a specific groomsmen if you want to pair a particular one up with a bridesmaid for photos. The groom can go black tie and white pocket square with his navy tuxedo while the groomsmen can get navy suits. White shirts for everyone. You can give the groom a spread collar to differentiate from the groomsmen's classic collar. And spread collars look awesome with a bowtie.
If you don't want navy, you can also go with grey suits as the colour palette of your swatches would work with grey. But with navy, you have the option of getting your groom a tuxedo to jazz it up a bit.

I think navy would look really nice with the lighter/more blush colours, but I'd be concerned it might clash with the darker/purple colours. It's really hard to say with a photograph though. You might have to take the swatches to the store and see how they look against different shades of navy.
Grey /charcoal might be a good option too!
