    Not sure what meets your definition of affordable, but I had my hair and make up done for myself and two others by Mountain Beauties. Have a look and see if they fit yoru budget? I had Joanne for our hair and Nadine for our makeup and they were both amazing!

    Do you have a facebook wedding buy and sell page in your city?

    On mine a lot of brides will reach out about hair and makeup artists and people will give them suggestions of all sorts of price ranges
