Hey y’all
Our wedding has been cancelled due to covid and our caterer, whom we are trying to cancel with, has ghosted us and has $950 prepayment...what would you do??

I would keep contacting, emailing calling etc. i would even show up at the store lol call a lawyer if you have too

I've had success in the past reporting the etransfer as fraud to by bank, and been able to recover the money. Might be worth a try! If you can still send messages, but aren't sure if they are getting there, I would just mention that you are going to be reporting them to Better business Bureau, if you have that where you are from.

Was this paid via credit card? You can contact the credit card company to cancel the transaction.
