Getting used to my new name early...

I just had to share this as I am so giddy right now! I joined a new hockey team who were getting matching jerseys. And, since my wedding was 3 months away at that time I decided to get his last name on it! We had our first game and I felt so giddy when I saw my number and his name!

    That's adorable I love it!!! I get so giddy too when I think about it~ I got a cake topper that says Mr and Mrs D'Sousa on it and it made both my mother and I cry ahhah!!!

    That is too cute! I can’t wait to take my FHs last name even though I have like a year and a half. But we ordered a custom guest book that has Mr. & Mrs Lane. I’m super giddy every time I look at it. So I bet with only 3 months left you’re super excited!

    I can not wait to get rid of my last night!! There has been some termoil with my dads side of the family (only one sister on his side), and because of that I am looking forward to a new beginning. Aside from that, it is depressing that my sister and I are the last generation for our last name, meaning the name is end with my father since my aunt had no children, but my father has accepted that.

    Thats super cute! My FHs soccer team has been calling me "Mrs Donny" for the last 7 years (since he joined the team) because my fhs name is Don and nobody can pronoun his last name. (Grotenhuis: grow-ten-house)
    Ive always rolled my eyes at everyone but now its 2 months to reality! Pretty exciting Smiley smile

    Aww that's adorable! I was thinking if getting matching jerseys for us and the baby(not newborn size because that's a waste of money lol) all with his last name on it. The baby will be born two weeks before his birthday so I thought it would make a cute birthday gift.

    I had a similar feeling when I bought my honeymoon shirt that says “Mrs. Moore.” I also preordered a book that is coming out after the wedding, so I had it shipped to Chloe Moore at his address 😊
