What about the garter? Are you tossing the garter or skipping this tradition too??

I was ready to skip this but my FH really wants to do it and he doesn't ask for a lot so we will probably end up doing it.

Yes! I have no shame in making people partake in this tradition. It's my wedding, I want to do it, end of story Smiley laugh

Nope! We both hate this, so it's not going to happen. We were always the single people that got called out onto the floor for this and the bouquet toss (we're both in our late 30's and have never been married before) and hated it so won't do that to our friends.

NO! I think this is super awkward and have never witnessed it at a wedding IRL.

We did not have enough single guys to do this, plus i didn't feel like having my hubby pull up my dress in front of our grandparents haha.

No!! I find this incredibly awkward and there are a ton of people who will be attending our wedding who I do not know and have never met.

I’ve always felt really uncomfortable about this.. have your guy crawl up your dress n use his teeth to pull down your garter. And too boot, your family is all there watching you.
Its going to be a hard pass. Lol

I'm not a fan of this, neither is my fiance. This one is so creepy, I don't think it's a tradition worth keeping.

No. I don’t need him doing up my dress in front of people. Not to mention my dress is trumpet style so it’s tight anyways lol

I'm leaving this more up to my fiance to see what he wants to do. We're both kind of awkward people but I don't mind doing a garter toss if he wants to do it.

Toss away! These are the things that you wouldn't do at any other party!! I'm all for the traditional things like this.
