Just wondering if there was a full photo template option, where the image (my photo) is static in the background and the rest of the site scrolls down type thing.

Hi Kayla! We do not have a design option like that on WeddingWire Canada.
You can add photos and customize the header image and background color - but we don't have a design option for all of the wedding website content to be layered on top of a static personalized photo.

It doesn't look like you can do the full background, only the header image. Unless I'm not finding the right place, but it looks like only the colour can be changed for the whole page.
