Hi everyone, have any of you hired a free-lance bartender, or just someone with Smart Serve (or equivalent outside of ON) for an event or your wedding?
I don't really need a bartender, because what we intend to do is put bottles of wine on the tables for guests to serve themselves, and then have two signature drinks plus non-alcoholic drinks served by someone. That person would need to have Smart Serve certification, but I don't need anything fancy.
Have you done this before? Did it work out well?
