Four months to go!

I felt like I was kicking butt with planning and got too comfortable for a few months! Now I can't believe how many little details are left with just four months to go until our big day. How did you handle organizing all the little things and staying sane? Also any reassurance that it will all be fine is totally appreciated! Smiley winking

    For me i made lists for everything! and then i had one long to do list that i keep adding too anytime a vendor tells me information or needs something from me closer to the wedding!

    Microsoft word worked for making lists and what was part of the bag and the day planning. Everytime I got something or ordered online, I made sure it was added to the list under Wedding or Reception.

    Lists are great to have since you know what little things you need before forgetting them.

    I use onedrive- so anywhere I go I can access my excel sheet and edit when need to. In my workbook I have multiple spreadsheets- guest list, to do list, costing and whats owing- easy since can sum it and use formulas, other various timelines

    Spreadsheets are a good idea! We have one for guest info. I also have random little lists all over the place, same info just in different spots. I need to do something else for my mind!

    It is a lot and truly some stuff cannot be done too far in advance. You will get the important things done and ultimately if you say I do and people are fed then that is really all that is important. The rest of the details are just nice to have, but not must haves!

    Lots and Lots of lists!

    I have every little detail broken down by month so I don't miss anything. Then I have all the important dates in my calendar

    I have a spreadsheet list and while back I set dates needed to be done by and if not done by then, then need to hurry up or get butt in gear lol Its helped a lot and also helps financially spreading it out.

    It's getting close! I have my calendar that I follow religiously, colour-coded and full of post-its! That's my way of knowing that what needs to be done will get done and everything will have to come together.
