Found a hair salon... thank goodness

So I'm the type of person that is a loyal client to my hair salon. Some other bride beat me to the punch, and booked the spot I wanted for that day. I had to look elsewhere for a reasonable price. Some salons wanted to charge 200$ + just because of me being the bride.. I THINK THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!


Luckily I found a place 10 mins from my moms place which works out cause after the hair appointment its makeup time and lunch. So that will be good!

    This was a struggle for me as I was not getting married where I live and didn't know anyone in the area. All the salons were ridiculously overpriced and wouldn't send someone to me. I ended finding this awesome hair stylist who was willing to travel to Cobourg. We really clicked and I loved her whole attitude toward the appointment.

    I would go with one that would make you happy. If you werent a fan of the one place i would not book with them.

    That must be such a relief to have that checked off you list! I’m the same as you, staying loyal to your hairdresser, but mine understood that we were doing a destination wedding, but she worked with me leading up to the wedding to make sure my hair was in amazing condition and as long as it could possibly be.

    I'm jumping between two salons right now. I'm really unsure who I want to book with. My wedding planner told me about this girl but when she did my hair for my e-session I wasn't really a fan of it. I went home and changed it. It felt rushed and like she didn't really care. Then I have my hair dresser that I usually see who actually listens to me. The only downfall is the other hair dresser would have come to us whereas with the girl I usually see we would have to go to them. It's not far of a drive but still a bit annoying. They're both roughly around the same price too.
