Floral vendor - Something Borrowed Blooms

Hi All - Has anyone ever used Something Borrowed Blooms? It is an online vendor that does silk flowers from the US. They do ship to Canada and the arrangements look nice (they offer the option to view samples for a small fee). They do caution the possible duty charges you might incur to get your order over the border - anyone know how much this might be? Thanks!!

    The weight of the package will depend on the duty charge of over $100. You can look into rentals from vendors locally for the same price being silk and save on the shipping and duty charges. A local vendor to check out if their prices are equivalent to the U.S. currency.

    I haven't looked into them specifically but we are trying to go local with most if our wedding purchases. Since costs are going crazy right now, extra fees like currency exchange, high shipping charges and duty - we would rather put that money elsewhere...

    The duty is dependent on the cost of the item. In addition to duty, they will charge for shipping. Since they ship via FedEx, the size of the package and weight will determine the cost.

    I did a test order a while back (just for curiosity sake to see how much it costs) and an order of only boutonnieres, corsages, and bridal party bouquets, the shipping is close to $100 + duty.
