    Flowers are available almost whenever you want them but if they are out of season they will cost you a bit more. If you are not dead set on roses you could always ask a florist for something similar.

    I'm sure you can for sure, may cost you more than usual though but it might just depend on what florist you have.

    Yes but it might be more expensive. Each flower has a season, I'm pretty sure roses are summer. Flowers are cheapest in their season, but you can still get them any time of the year, you just pay more for them.
