Has anyone ever altered the torso on their fit & flare dress? My dress fits lovely but I have a shorter torso and it's sitting lower in the thigh than I'd like. Can it be shortened in the waist?

I would talk to your seamstress! They have done so many alterations, that I'm sure they will be able to make the dress fit the way you want it to!

I've seen some dresses be altered where the dress starts to flare out in order to bring the flare part up higher. I hope that makes sense
