I went for my first dress fitting the other day and was SUPER nervous that my dress wouldn't fit. I've put it on from time to time at home but haven't done up the back since picking it up from the boutique. Turns out I need a lot taken in, including from the bottom, which has me a little worried because of the eyelash lace. I need the sides taken in, under my butt to give me more dimension, and a lot of length, even though they told me they ordered to my height specifications with the exact same shoes I had on. I'm also having her add a bustle. I'm so nervous for how it will look! Just one 3.5 months to go. Hopefully this won't cost an arm and a leg and won't take forever to complete!

My first fitting is next week on Wednesday. I’m quite excited. I think it’s just the top, bust and straps that need to be fixed. That and a different cup size put in. I’ve been trying to maintain my weight as I’ve not been doing any weight loss program (just a lot of stress eating and then trying to make sure I work out enough not to gain). We shall see.

I was so nervous that morning. Thankfully if it didn't fit I ordered a second dress and would have had that to fall back on lol I'm just hoping that I can maintain the weight and body shape I'm at to make sure it fits!

Yay! I remember going to my fitting...so many nerves lol. I think it is better that you have to have it taken in than it being too small and you having to scramble to figure something out. Don't worry! In the end you will be gorgeous and happy!
