Our venue, has been very frustrating to deal with. I feel like because we are having a small wedding and only renting out the private room, that we aren’t as important. I know they are a business and busy, but it shouldn’t take 3+ weeks to hear back from them about a question. Not to mention this is the second (technically third- but one was promoted) change over of staff (assistant manager/event coordinator) they have had since we signed our contract.
we received an email 3 weeks ago saying that we would need to choose our menu off the 2018 package, when a month prior to this email we were told we would be choosing off the 2017 package. It’s 40 days until the wedding. I’ve already had most of the guests choose their food based off the original menu. Ugh hopefully I can get a hold of someone tomorrow to sort this all out
