Having a big family can have its pros and cons... Would you have a family only wedding?

I only have a handful of friends that are not related to me, my family are close on both sides... FH is only close to one side of his family and he has way more unrelated friends than me.

I do have a big family/family friends... So I decided I wouldn't invite my out of town family. But I could not imagine bit having our friends there so we are trying to make it work!!

NOPE!! I have made my own family with my friends, I would never consider not having them there (in fact I'd rather have friends than some of my family )

For me I was not always close with my family so nay for me. Growing up friends were my family and so I couldn't get married without those people there!

If I had a big family, I would go for a family wedding only due to costs. Since it's a small family, I lol having some close friends of ours to join in on the celebration of our big day.
