Just wanted to thank all you lovely ladies for your advice. We received all of our photos yesterday and we are so in love with them. My best advice to anyone taking engagement photos is enjoy the moment because it truly is magical.

Thanks ladies for your suggestions. I ended up finding the look I was doing for. A purple pink color of dress. Very flowy and romantic.

For ours, I wore a pink sundress and my husband wore a red shirt and dark shorts. I think most things will go with navy, so it depends the look you are wanting. I was wanting colour since our wedding photos will be the more neutral colours.

I was thinking of having our photos done here as well! A dark burgundy or red would be nice, especially if your groom is in navy. Would really contrast nicely against that Alberta blue!
