E-wedding invite suggestions

Amanda, on April 6, 2020 at 18:50 Posted in Plan a wedding 0 11
I would like to go paperless and do electronic wedding invites. I would like something that makes it easy to track the RSVP’s and also allows me to chose and regulate a persons RSVP response to ensure extra people aren’t added. Thanks I’m advance for any suggestions!!

I think I'll likely use the ones from wedding wire.... They can rsvp from the invite or through the website and it doesn't allow them to add any guests. It also asks for menu options.

Greenvelope is a great website to create your wedding information and details including maps. Its one that my cousin used when considering this option.

I’ve heard of a lot of people using Paperless Post for their e-invites.

There’s also Greenvelope which cost From $49-$154 depending on how many you need.
Then there’s Punchbowl which offer subscriptions from $2.99/month for inviting up to 50 guests, $4.99/month for inviting up to 100 people and $6.99/month for up to 500 guests. They have lots of different templates and themes to choose from.

I used Paperless Post for my invites, super easy and tons of designs to choose from! The invite contained a link to our wedding website (I used one of the free templates on The Knot- again, super easy). It allows you to track RSVPs and meal choices easily, and you upload your guest list so only those people can submit an RSVP- ensures no one takes the liberty of adding extra guests!

Since the website was free I only paid for the cost of invites- for 105 guests (55 households- you pay per email address) the total was only $67 CAD so it’s not only environmentally friendly but easy on the budget!
    Hope this helps Smiley smile
