I personally think it's a little too casual for a wedding, but it would really depend on how the drip cake is done and how formal the wedding is.

I'm going to say yes. This one is a little heavy on the 'drip', but I've seen ones done more delicately, and they are awesome. I would totally do a milk and white chocolate drip with chocolate dipped strawberries decorating the top... Yum.

Now this ombre is way better! As for the drip - I don't quite care for it. When I think drip cake I think of the cakes you can buy at Safeway for $12.
