So true about the spills!! I was at a wedding where the bride spilled her HUGE glass of RED wine all down her front. She laughed hysterically, I would have died.

The ride to pictures is literally like 30 seconds.. it's just down the road across the street. We could probably walk it if we wanted but it's a rocky dusty road so that's not happening lol
We probably will just drink water, maybe a glass of champagne or wine or a beer before we leave.

Champagne!! Also depending on the food situation early in the day (being in a wedding party often causes you to miss a couple meals as it's a long busy day) ceasars is good too - meal and a drink in one!

Honestly keep lots water near by- most people just tend to have a few beers or even some champagne.

I just had water. I was so thirsty the day of (and so dehydrated!)
Also, bring snacks! We hadn’t thought of it and I was starving by that time!

I like beer so that's what I'll be drinking but like pp suggested, radlers are super yummy and very low percent - usually around 2.5 so not likely to get anyone drunk lol

We will likely have beers/ciders/coolers as they are easier to transport and have a lower alcohol content than wine. You might also consider going with some Radlers - they're nice and refreshing if it's hot out and are only around 3-4%. They're my drink of choice when I know I'll be drinking quite a bit but don't want to get too out of control.

I’d make sure that everyone is fed so whatever you’re all drinking doesn’t go to your head. I think sparkling wine is usually a safe choice.

Yep! I’m stocking the limo with champagne and I’ll also stock beer for the guys!

I would say that the best one to have in order to stay on top of your game is to either drink something with a low alcohol percentage (like a cooler or beer), or to drink something that you drink all the time that you have a sort of immunity to at first.

For example: Tequila is my fav. so for me to have a couple mixed drinks won't do much, but since I don't drink beer very often - if I have 2 cans I'm tipsy!! 3 cups of wine?? I'm out! 5 shots worth of tequila? I'm only just feeling good

Our limo is providing a bottle of champagne so the ladies will most likely have that before pictures! Plus it’s light coloured so if it spills it can be hidden easily!
