Today i went dress shopping with my girls at Davids Bridal. We planned the trip in about 2 days ago and 4 of my 5 bridesmaids were able to make it. We got to the store and the lady helping us was just lovely and helpful but not overwhelming at all (i think she was new!) and it was great.
We were able to find a dress for each bridesmaid that they loved and suited each personality! I couldnt believe it! And then my 5th bridesmaid phoned me and said her plans changed and that she was on her way.
So i had a bit of time to kill before she got there so i tried on a couple wedding dresses just for fun. I had originally planned on adapting my moms wedding dress from a couple years ago to fit me, but it is quite small. So i tried on a larger version of my moms exact dress to show my girls and then tried on another dress just for the heck of it and fell in love with it!
The dress happened to be on clearance for $250 so cant argue with that... And then my 5th bridesmaid showed up and fell in love wth the first dress she tried on.
So all in all... My wedding dress and 5 bridesmaid dresses purhased within 2 hours! Very excited!
