I believe each and every one of us should feel happy with our own bodies and I feel like it's really important to do so in a healthy way. Smiley heart

DO'S:

1. Set realistic goals

2. Have fun!

Do something that motivates you!

3. Eat healthy

Look into cooking your own meals and healthy recipes! You can also share them here to inspire others!

4. Be proud of every progress you make!

DONT'S:

1. Don't over exercise!

2. Don't buy into quick weight loss solutions

Reaching your goal might take time and effort, but you can do it!! Smiley star

3. Don't trust too many YouTube videos

Make sure you get help from pros and tips tailored to your needs to avoid any injuries.

4. Don't be too hard on yourself! You will look amazing on your big day!

    I totally agree with you! I didn't reach a "goal weight" for our wedding but we've started making healthier lifestyle choices and both felt incredible on our wedding day! It's all about long term and living healthy!

    Also, remember to find balance. I think if we focus too much on how we look and the number on the scale, then we're completely missing the point of trying to be healthy. For me, being healthy isn't about how I look on one day, it's finding a balance that helps me to feel good everyday That being said, a healthy lifestyle is different for everyone, and we each need to find what works to make us feel our best mentally and physically.
