Domain issues

Hello,

Just purchased the premium option for the wedding website, it says our domain name is available but then when I select "I agree" it states "It's not possible to create a domain with this name". It is just myname+fiancename.com and there are no capitals or symbols.

Can anyone understand what's going wrong?

    Unfortunately, at this time domain names purchased through WeddingWire can only have contain letters. Symbols are not supported through our domain provider. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you need further assistance with your domain please contact us at help@weddingwire.com.

    I don't think domain names can include symbols such as "+". You may just have to type out "and" or "plus"
