Doing or Ditching: Father escorting you down the aisle?

I am doing this but with a little twist.
My parents are divorced but have both been a MAJOR factor in my life, so I have both my parents (Mom & Dad) walking me down the aisle.

I think it will be beautiful !

Ditching! My parents separated when I was little and although I love my Dad and the time we’ve spent together, my Mom raised me and she will be the one to walk me down the isle. (:

Ditching! My brother is walking me down.

This will be my second marriage, so my eldest son will be walking me down the aisle this time 😊

It will be just my dad and I walking down the aisle and he is SO excited! I love this tradition.

Both of my parents are too old to fly across half the globe to come to my wedding. Since they won’t be here, I wouldn’t have anyone else taking their place. I will have long procession walking in front of me. Both of my FH grandsons, both of his sons, 4 of my bridesmaids, and I will walk alone behind them.

We will visit my parents few months after our wedding for second wedding reception as well as having the honeymoon.

My aunt is walking me since my father passed 2 years ago. My mom is not attending otherwise it would have been her

Ditching. My parents have both passed, and we're older and have been together nearly a decade, so we are thinking about walking down the aisle together.

Did it! Instead of my father, it was my mother who walked me down the aisle as my husbands aunt walk him down too.

Both of my parents will walk me down the aisle - the same way they did for my sister's wedding. I loved it!

Doing! I am my fathers daughter, we have so many inside jokes. He was also the first one I told we were engaged.

I'm hoping to have both parents. I casually mentioned it to my mom a while back and she was like "oh, does that mean I'll be in pictures and stuff?"

Like she just wants to hide and not be noticed on the day which I find sad. I hope to change her mind because its important to me to have both parents walk with me.

I think I might ask both, my mom and dad to walk me down.

My dad definitely will! He’s a pretty great dad so I wouldn’t switch this tradition up!

I did ask if my mom wanted to walk me down the isle together with my dad but she wanted to see me and my dad from her seat

Ditching! Both of my parents will be walking me down the aisle and "presenting" me at the end. Not giving me away, I aint no one's property thank you!

Yes my dad and I have had a rocky relationship my whole life but as an adult we have come a lot closer and he will be walking me down the aisle

For sure doing! My dad will most likely cry the whole way down the isle!

Mine will be, but this was a tough decision as I am very close with my stepdad as well.
