Do you go to sleep at the same time?

Sometimes. My fw does shift work so we usually can go to bed together but on those weeks she works late, it doesn’t always work out

We do when he stays over with my family and I, but during the week when he stays at his apartment he goes to sleep before me

He works away from home for a month at a time, but when he is home we go to bed together. He will watch TV and do things quietly if he's not tired.

Sometimes. He's more of a night owl than I am.

It depends on how our day went. Sometimes he is asleep before me sometimes I am. There are nights where I have to stay up longer if I have things that I need to catch up on for the following day/days.

Depends on our timings and shifts. Our work has different hours and times that will determine who is tired and not tired. I work early mornings and late nights alternatively giving early evening or late night times. I do go to bed when I'm tired. Husband goes to bed after when he is tired.

Sometimes. For the most part I go to bed first and wake up first. We both work at 8-4 but I work 45 min. away from our house as opposed to his 5 min. commute.

Sometimes, but rarely. I go to sleep about an hour before him because I get up earlier and I think it's better. I have a hard time falling asleep when we go to bed at the same time
He falls asleep faster and then grinds his teeth.

We usually go to bed at the same time but he goes to sleep right away and I watch TV for a bit before going to sleep.

Sometimes, really most of the time. Every once and a while one of us will stay up. Or he will fall asleep on the couch and I'll try and get him to come to bed.

And right now we're on opposite work schedules so he's usually in bed by the time I'm home

Most nights, we’re in bed and asleep at the same time but he stays up late to work sometimes while I have to be in bed earlier to be up for work earlier.

His sleep is all over the place because of work. He also regularly has insomnia. So, sometimes he gets home at 4am, other times he has to be up really early so he can leave for work at 5 am. My sleep schedule is more consistent.
If we are both home, he will sometimes watch tv in bed while I sleep so we are at least together.

No, never. He stays up way longer than I do, or ever could.

We hardly ever go to sleep at the same time. He works night shifts. Even on his days off he stays up late. I don't think we even went to bed at the same time when he was off work for 6 months.
