'Do Not Play' List - Long or Short?

Ours is no chicken dance( or anything like that) no rap, and amazed by lonestar ( I can't listen to it without remember my best friend that pasted away 20 years ago). Other than that we are pretty good with anything else.

Only 2 people on do not play list. Whitney Houston and Celine Dion ugh. Can't handle either. However it won't be the end of the world if one got on play list by accident.

Short. No drake and no country music (besides one specific artist)

We're doing our own playlist, so it should be short.

Ours was fairly short, our DJ was wonderful though and really played off the crowd.

I listen to a lot of metal, like really heavy metal sometimes so I have to make sure not to cross the line between normal Rock and full on Metal hahaha. So far so good we are going to have a lot of older rock/pop music😊

Short, we're not picky and our families are quite liberal in terms of music!

We have a very short do not play list. It's only my parents wedding song (they are divorced) and nothing else.

I don't have a list as I don't have a DJ. I will make my own soundtrack and put whatever I want on it.

Haven't made out a list, but it'll probably be on the shorter side.

We haven’t finalized our DJ song list but I feel like it will be long because I personally find that there’s a fine debatable line between classic wedding songs and cliche wedding songs and I am terrified of us being seen as cliche

We made our own playlist and didn’t have a DJ so people couldn’t request songs. But, I will say long because I told my husband no country music!

Longish, I guess - I don't want to hear songs we hate when we're trying to have a good time.

I don't say any long or short. I say NO because in my wedding, the DJ took requests and had guests asking to play vulgar songs towards the end which I wasn't impressed and quite upset he was allowing this to happen without asking me first. It isn't what you want to hear and to have played especially when its a wedding. Any other occasion, yes its up to the DJ to assess the crowd and if children are present to hear it.

Short, you may hate some of them - but if they get the crowd up and dancing who are we to say no?!
