We did our best and tried to do 8 week challenges. Life got in the way but we did manage to make it almost all the way through and lost some weight. Since the wedding and honeymoon, we've gained it all back so we're going to try again after the holidays!

I think it's a great idea to use the wedding as a motivation for a healthier lifestyle in general!

My wedding isnt for a while and I havent gone shopping yet so I have some time. Ive gained a lot of weight recently due to a sports injury so in the new year Im starting a healthy eating and excercise plan. I hope to lose about 50 lbs in the next 8 ish months.

I am just going to watch what I eat and try and stay somewhat active ... As long as I dont gain weight I look at that as a win !!

Worse question to ask before the holidays hahahaha I could say Yes but I'm setting myself up for failure. I'm injured at the moment but I have full intentions of getting my butt I'm gear once I'm healed. I don't want to lose to much, just 10-15 lbs. I think I'd feel more comfortable.

I eat garbage- and it shows.

In the last few months I have made a dedicated effort to be healthier, and I have lost 20 lbs (gained back three...let's not talk about that). I've slipped back a bit, but this week I made sure to stock up on veggies and fresh foods- so I'm getting back on track!

I have ordered my dress, so losing too much would be a bad thing, but I do want to lose another size or so, because that would put me in a healthy weight range for the first time in years. And I would be very pleased to start my marriage healthy!

In short- no "diet plan" more of a "clean up my act" plan- because I should have been doing it all along!

I have the worst diet ever, but just like Chelsea, I usually stay around the same weight.

I play soccer twice a week, and kickbox once a week. I rely on that, and usually eat whatever I want lol.

Im sure the month before I will become a little more alert to what I am eating to make sure i look good in my dress!

I stay in the same weight range no matter what I have tried. I have done the gym, ate healthy and kept track, done a cleanse where I could only have these disgusting shakes, I have tried pills..... i also do my workouts everyday and walk 10k steps. So for me I don't think it will really make a difference but for those it will work on I think its great!
