Did you paint your nails in anticipation of the proposal?

My nails are always done. And he proposed on my birthday weekend, so they were on point!

No I had no idea he was going to propose. He proposed Christmas morning. He never told anyone and it made my favourite holiday even more special.

Not on purpose. I had NO idea he was proposing when he did, but I had coincidentally gotten a really lovely French ombré set of acrylics a few days before. Made for some great photos!

I guess - I mean, I've been making sure that my nails looked presentable every time we'd go on a weekend trip, just in case he would propose.

Nails no, I thought he was going to propose on NYE so I had booked a hair appt that day but he popped the question on the 30th so the first person to see the ring in person was my hair stylist.

I'm innocent!! I knew the proposal was coming soon but didn't know it would be that weekend I actually bit my nails and peeled off all my polish the day before he proposed - oops!

Innocent. It was a complete shock to me when he proposed, so I was in no way prepared. Luckily we were out for a nice dinner, so at least I was put together lol

I was hoping it would happen soon, but didn't know when. At that point in time I was painting my nails pretty regularly, so it just so happened that he proposed when I had painted my nails nicely. The funny/cute thing was that he suggested I wear a dress or "something nice", but that didn't tip me off hahaha

Nope! I have only ever gotten my nails done once in my life and time number 2 will be for my wedding... Also there was no proposal in our instance though so no need to be prepared for it

I did. I wanted nice nails for the pictures. I didn't know exactly when it was going to happen. He ended up proposing a couple days after I got them done.

Oh yeah... I got them done anddddd I went out a mug that says "does this ring make me look engaged" hahah and played it off like I bought it for a friend that had just gotten engaged.

I did not because I never get my nails done due to my job... BUT last year we went to Ireland and Scotland and I had my nails done thinking he was going to propose on the trip which he didn't lol

Nope! Luckily my nails were done as we were in Banff for a week end, but I had no idea he was going to propose!

Nope! Didn't even see it coming! I was on the couch in my pj's, hair in a messy bun! Haha

Nope. I was literally so unprepared for it. I 100% knew it was happening within this 3 month time span but I didn't think he would do it one week after getting the ring. My nails were chipped, it was laundry day so I didn't have anything nice to wear (thankfully I was wearing a coat) and I had like 3 day old hair with 90% dry shampoo thrown up into a bun lol

I had no idea it was coming, so there would have been no way to plan a manicure! Plus we were in Jamaica, so I usually forego the nail polish when we go away, since there's no touching it up!

I get my nails done every two weeks or so, luckily I happened to have a nail appointment right before our camping trip! Funny thing is after my FH proposed he mentioned how I had just gotten my nails done haha!

Nope I did not! I knew it was coming at some point, but I didn't know when. And when I get my nails done, I am horrible for keeping up with the care of them and so I wouldn't have gotten them done unless I knew exactly when it was going to be!
