Did anyone change their dress neckline in alterations? Can it be done? 1

This is the dress that I bought.

Did anyone change their dress neckline in alterations? Can it be done? 2

This is another dress that I tried on. I feel like this sweetheart neckline suits me more.
Would it be difficult or even possible to change the neckline in alternations? The off-the-shoulder sleeves are detachable so hopefully that makes it a bit easier. Has anyone done something similar with their alterations?

It really depends on the level of experience of your seamstress I have seen some that literally make it look even better than before and create a whole new vision and others who won’t even get into certain alterations.

I would talk to a seamstress about it. They know everything. They can honestly work wonders.
