We have decided on a smaller destination wedding in September 2025. We will be getting married in Punta Cana Dominican Republic. Any and all advice for planning a destination wedding is welcome

I would hire a wedding planner of some kind, whether it be someone from the venue or an external person. You want someone local to guide you through all the vendors and give you a heads up on any local laws you must follow.
