Hey! We're planning a destination wedding (probably in St Lucia, Jamaica or the French Polynesia). But I have a question about wedding hair! I have naturally curly, thick hair. Did anyone who had a destination wedding have trouble finding a style that wouldn't get ruined by the humidity? Any tips on how to avoid it?

I would do my hair in an updo if my hair was super curly that way it doesnt frizz out on the day of

I agree with Laura - you could always do a braid type hairstyle though to keep it down without it being in the way or poofing out

French Polynesia sounds amazing! Definitely keep hair up- in my experience destination weddings by the ocean carries the risk of wind and if your hair is up and well secured you should have the best odds.
