Destination

As Tori said, unfortunately most of the information on this site is for Canadian vendors. What I would consider doing is go to your next local Wedding Show, and there's usually a few booths of travel companies that have lots of material on destination weddings. I literally hurt my shoulder carrying all the brochures; from Mexico to Jamaica to the Dominican to Barbados, etc... They'll have lots of pamphlets/info on resorts, destinations, and advice on how to proceed when you start narrowing down your favourite options! Good luck!

Unfortunately this site specializes in Canada, so unless that destination is here - I'm not sure how much help in finding venues and vendors... But if you have any questions about DIY, dresses, types of decor, etc. that would be universal - I would be the first one to help!! lol

As for finding destination help, I would suggest perhaps meeting with a travel planner?

My friend, who is planning a destination wedding, said the best place for d.w. info on this site is looking under weddings vendors --planners. Hope that is a good start!
