Hello,

I am having difficulty deleting unwanted emails. It says to choose and email first but it doesnt allow me to do that. SO frustrating.

Hi Molly! Are you using the mobile app? The options on the app to delete are currently not showing. This might be why it's not working for you. You can go to the online version of https://www.weddingwire.ca from your mobile or desktop and should be able to see it. Does this work on your side?

There is no option box to select a message to delete.

Hi Molly Is this on your WeddingWire Mailbox?

You can choose to select a few messages or select all messages and then click on the bin icon to delete them.

Does it appear like this on your side? Are you using the mobile app?

HI emelie,

it is in my general mailbox. There are no boxes beside the emails that I can check, in order to delete.
