Day-of Coordinator rates

Theres a huge range thats for sure. we hired trade sensations for month of/6 weeks before and it is over $1000 but they also have custom packages so you can pick and choose what they can do for you to lower the price.

Many Day of Coordinators are expensive as they come. The venue that is giving you a referral is great for its price and would take the chance to save that much money and keep on budget too. Talk to her and find out her services and if her referrals give a good response on her work if you want to find out yourself.

Before mine backed out it was going to cost us $1,000 so I would try and avoid the $2,000 ones! I would have a meeting with the coordinator that is $750 and as long as there is something in the contract where if she backs out you get your money and she finds you a comparable replacement then I would book her

Sometimes it depends on area they work and experience. This lady who works for the venue or with the venue might deal with them and be a preferred vendor. This for sure happens. Where I am it ranges anywhere from $500 to $1500. It honestly depends on how many hours they work and what is all involved. I would take a chance on the new girl and the fact that the venue is telling people about her, they more likely have worked with her and she does a good job.
