I am looking at getting a dress from davids bridal, just a short white dress. And there website says it comes out to $71 before shipping, and then shipping options are
1. postal-$17 (import charges collected upon delivery) 12-16 business days
2. standard- $25 (no additional import fees at delivery) 9-14 business days
does this mean i will get charged importing fees if i get the postal shipping? also would it mean the import fees would be $8 ?
