Dance Lessons?

I had arranged 2 months ahead every Sunday for the wedding party and husband was there for our Reception entrance practices at his workplace. The song selected was by me and to teach the steps as well to the whole gang.

Turned out great except for the speed of the song which was played wrong by the DJ.

It's best to start taking dance lessons 6-8 months before your wedding to allow yourselves enough time to practice, especially if you are complete beginners. The more you repeat something - the better you get at it, that's just a fact.

Even if you don't want something "crazy" and choreographed, it's still a good idea to take some lessons just to make sure you're looking good when dancing and can let's say add a simple dip and not drop your gorgeous bride on the floor...

Here this was our wedding dance, of course, this is not for beginners. Just let your dance instructor know that you want something simple yet elegant.

We’re like 40 days away and I’m thinking of booking a quick lessons class.. I’m short and he’s tall so it’s slighlty awkward and I’m stressing! Lmao we’re not doing anything super fancy though ☺️

We are 7 months out and I’m looking now to get dance lessons. I also want to work on our own choreographed first dance. Still picking the songs, but it will be a fun night

I did ours about 8 months before. It’s best to do as early as possible if you have a busy lifestyle.

We didn't book dance lessons because we weren't doing a crazy elaborate dance for our first dance.
