Hello, I hope you are all doing well. I am looking for a bridal dress designer who customizes the dream bridal dress based off photos shown. This is my dream bridal dress ^. My budget for this dress is at most $1000. If you know of any bridal dress designer who specializes in also recreating bridal dresses, please let me know. I am based in Toronto ❤️ Thank you!

    For that budget, you would probably have better luck finding an off the rack option that looks similar to that dress. I can't imagine getting one made from scratch, especially with all the detail shown in that image, would be cheap.

    Anomalie does custom wedding dresses, not sure if a gown like this one will be under $1000 though but it might be worth checking out
