Would anyone know a good place to get a full custom wedding gown or even a site?

I'd look at Etsy, as well as looking for local designers if you can find any. I know Katherine Feiel is in Nova Scotia, but there's probably someone closer. A lot of costumers and bridal tailors that might be able to customize something to get what you want. If you have a lower budget or want something less traditional, fashion school or costume studies graduates can do some really great and unique gowns.
