Coordinating your wedding gown with bridesmaids dresses

It's been a bit of a challenge, but having such great technology these days makes it possible! I actually didn't do anything too fancy. I texted them!

My dress has a beaded bodice and a full raw silk skirt. My bridesmaids dresses are baby blue with some beading and a small train. We are having 6 bridesmaids and 1 maid of honour, we all went shopping together for bridesmaids dresses, but I had it narrowed down to three dresses

I have 4 bridesmaids. We live in 4 separate locations, so we can't really all go shopping together! I did go look at a few dresses with a couple of them though when I was visiting, so they could try on some different styles. That's partly why I'm going to order the convertible dresses custom made online.That way we can get something that suits everyone that shouldn't need alterations!

Your dress looks gorgeous! I think your bridesmaids dresses could match your wedding dress with or without the tulle overlay. Maybe since your dress already has tulle, a simpler fabric would better complement your dress.
