Collecting guest addresses!

Hi Natasha!

Regarding the button guests click to input their addresses, if you're viewing this in your message preview before sending it, that button won't be functional there – it will only work for the guests once they've received that email!

Your Send issue could potentially be a browser issue – can you try using either Chrome or Firefox as your browser, and see if you run into the same problem?

Hi, I am trying to use this tool. I have selected the right people to request addresses from and edited my message, but when I press send nothing happens. I noticed that when I hover over the button the guests have to press to put in their address it doesnt seem to work. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Vanessa! I'd recommend you use the Request Address option that Tori explained in her comment. If you need any help with that, feel free to comment and let me know.

Oh this would have been much easier! We just asked our friends and asked our parents to send us all the family addresses lol, I didn't know this was an option

If you are on the desktop site:

In the top right go to your picture and click the arrow, then click "Guests".

From there make sure you have selected the correct event/group of guests you would like to request it from. Just below those options there is a drop down to "Message Guests", "Request Address is the 3rd option!
