Hey brides! I have seen a few wedding dresses that I love on the website Cocomelody and was curious to hear if anyone has any real life experiences with ordering from the website to share! Thanks in advance!

I ordered from cocomelody and it was shipped to me with a stain already on the dress.. they didn’t help what so ever they offered to give me $69 for the stain and $88 for the customization fee as it was way too big. I spent $200 to get the stain out and it still hasn’t so I’m getting back what I paid for the stain removal that didn’t work but out $580 for the actual drsss and have only 3 months to find a new dress because mine is unusable.

My friend purchased her dress from cocomelody and was terrified. When it showed up in person, she was thrilled!

Definitely curious too. They have cheaper dresses and they are beautiful. Too bad the nearest dress store is in California.

I am also interested, let me know if you hear from anyone. I've been eyeing a number of their dresses and I love how customizable everything is. They seem to have good reviews and some good photos of seemingly real people on their instragram.
