Cocktail hour

Melanie, on September 9, 2018 at 20:06 Posted in Plan a wedding 0 4
We have pretty much what we want and how for this time while we are doing our photos.
My question is would we start our toonie bar then? Or have a limit of alcohol? Not really a question I guess more so opinions and experiences!

Thank you

I think if you are offering a toonie bar maybe have the drinks during cocktail hour (limited) free?

We are doing the same thing, cocktail hour during our photo time. Our plan is to only have wine and beer available and then open the bar later. Definitely don't want to come back from pictures and some guests are already half in the bag.. that will make for a very messy night!!

I think that it would be nice to have a limited bar that way they consider it on the house and then when the reception starts to start the toonie bar. Even if it worked out to the same cost, it makes the guest feel like they got free alc for the cocktail hour Smiley smile
