I am one of those unnecessarily extra people on the hunt for a wedding cake made of cheese. We live and are getting married in the Ottawa are and I can only find two places that actually advertise making these cheese wheel wedding cakes.

Is there any chance anyone knows any vendors who do this?

Hey Emily! I love cheese wedding cakes! My brother had one at his wedding and it was a huge hit with all the guests!!
Have you thought about checking in with supermarkets and cheesemongers in your area, places that have the ability to order entire rounds of cheese from wholesalers? If you are able to find out the diameter of the different rounds of cheese you want, you can order them separately and assemble it yourself!
A tip that we learned when making my brother's cheese cake, DON'T put a soft cheese as the bottom tier! The heavier cheeses will sink into it! 😂

Have you tried at Costco? I'm positive I heard of them making them.

It all depends on the area and city. Your best choice is to get price inquiry from both bakeries to see who will give the deal that can work in your budget. The idea is different and unique.
