Hello. I am having my florist do my centrepieces and I originally asked for flute vases with baby’s breath. I ended up finding these beautiful lanterns and bought them to use as my centrepieces instead (with some baby’s breath wreath at the bottom). So I informed my florist about it and she tells me “Once we have the order signed we use your deposit to buy the items right away or mark "reserved" our stocks for you. Should (company name removed) get another wedding/event from today till August 1 needing the same 10 vase - (Company name removes) will try to sell the 10 on your behalf if you like. Where else could you use the 10 tall vases in your wedding? “ I’m so confused because she told me that the vases are rentals.
Anyway, the form that I signed is titled Estimate. Is that considered a contract? She never mentioned that I was not allowed to change my mind. She even emailed me about contacting her if I wanted to change anything.
