Ceremony music/stag and doe

Hi everyone. Today I am reaching out as I am at a cross roads. I really want to have live entertainment for my ceremony, but I dont know anyone personally except my brother (who is in the wedding party) that could play for us. Wondering what some of you guys did, I dont want to spend a fortune on entertainment for the ceremony as I already have a DJ for the reception.

Also, my SO and I are at a crossroads when it comes to a S&D party. Wondering if a lot of you had success, if it was more work then profit etc.

    It's been my experience that all live musicians are expensive. You might have some luck at a music school. Where are you located?

    Are there any music schools in your area? If yes, I'm sure there are students who would take the extra experience for a cost that is less than a professional musician.

    I can't comment on the wedding music, I was kind of just given a piano and organ player. Lol sounds funny but they kind of just fell in my lap. Stag and doe, is my thing right now. Fortunately I'm a skilled trades person and just in my shop I work with a 100 men, they have all bought tickets to support me, and my FH is also a skilled tradesman at another company and his coworkers have really supported us also. Plus family and friends. So with tickets we have enough to pay for the hall, and the food, and most of the prizes that we are buying. We have a ton of donations, and the wedding party has things to supply also. I've been to stag and does that took in over 35000.00 and others that brought I 2000.00, I'm hoping for 5000 to 6000. Anything more will be a great surprise.
