Causal men's wedding attire

This is such a great idea! I love your ideas Stephanie! It's so relaxed and makes your wedding just like a vacation. Just mind the temperature outside at night if the groomsmen wear shorts! I also really like this idea Chelsea gave you for the bridesmaids. What did you have in mind for the bridesmaids dresses? Will they wear the same dress or mismatched?

Makes perfect sense. I had the very formal ideas when I was younger, but definitely want more laid back now! I love to look at ALL wedding "stuff" as it's exciting what different ideas people have!!!

Ours will be more formal. If our setting was different I would go for casual so that everyone is comfortable.

Oh ya they will definitely be nice and comfortable in linen pants. No worries about overheating

I'm also going more formal (but suits rather than tuxes). I have seen the more casual thing done, but really only for beach weddings. I feel like shorts is a bit too much (or little) IMHO, but some nice light linen pants can still feel "formal" while being more comfortable and casual. I also think that it depends on your venue for this one, shorts/linen pants feel very out of place in a ballroom/banquet hall type venue.

Mine is definitely a formal attire event and the guys will be in suits! My one friend was in a destination wedding and the guys dressed more casual! It looked good! Here is a photo
