The Schwaben (the German banquet hall mentioned above) will allow it, but you need to purchase a special occasions permit from the LCBO (30$ or 40$ if I remember correctly.)

My friend did at a German banquet hall...can’t remember the name but I think it’s off homer Watson. And I think another friend did at the police hall in Cambridge. Sorry, don’t remember names! They were both a few years ago.

I'm not familiar with the location but in the legal sense, all you need is a special event permit (you cannot have the intention of making profit off the sales of alcohol) and Smart Serve certified people.
